Care Philosophy
Health is not prescribed. Rather, it evolves from good habits (nutritious eating, regular exercise, moderation of indulgences) and a healthy mind. I emphasize prevention and strive to motivate and encourage my patients to do all they can to optimize their own health. I then encourage us to work together to make up any remaining difference through complementary medicine, therapy, and when necessary, medications.
