Gurpal 'Jerry' Ahluwalia, MD, completed his undergraduate education at Georgetown University.
He received his medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Miami Valley Hospital. He completed a fellowship at the San Diego Arthritis and Adult Reconstructive Surgery Center, where he specialized in joint replacement, including primary and revision total joints, as well as joint-preserving procedures.
Scope of Service
Dr. Ahluwalia specializes in orthopedic surgery. His focus is on hip arthroscopy for the treatment of labral tears, femoroacetabular impingement, and athletic injuries. He also performs anterior and posterior hip replacements, along with surgical and non-surgical management of general orthopedic problems. Among these are fracture care, sports medicine, injuries to the musculoskeletal system, and orthopedic trauma.
