Gail Griffith, BSN, IBCLC, is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), the highest accredited healthcare professional specializing in lactation. She is passionate about helping new mothers achieve their personal breastfeeding goals while caring for the whole person. She is especially skilled in identifying and addressing oral restrictions and providing facial exercises to enhance breastfeeding outcomes. Gail became a lactation consultant to help new parents and provide families with education to support their breastfeeding journey.

Gail earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and has over 20 years of experience in maternity care, labor, delivery, postpartum care, and special care nurseries.

She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to families while empowering mothers to achieve their personal breastfeeding goals. With extensive experience working with diverse cultures, she is able to deeply understand and honor the unique needs and perspectives of each family's breastfeeding journey.

Outside of work, Gail enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, playing pickleball, and enjoying summers on the lake in Tennessee.
