F. Ward Blair, MD, is a highly skilled family medicine physician practicing at Kettering Health Medical Group Primary Care at Springboro Health Center.

Dr. Blair is also pleased to serve in various administrative roles for Kettering Health. He is the Medical Director for the Kettering Health Medical Group Primary Care service line, and the Family Medicine Department chair for the Kettering Health Main Campus system. He serves on the board of directors for Kettering Health Physician Partners and the Kettering Health Medical Group Accountable Care Organization. In addition, he serves on many other committees and projects dedicated to improving the care offered by Kettering Health.

In 1998, Dr. Blair moved back to his home state of Ohio with his family, and he has lived and practiced in Springboro ever since. Dr. Blair has more than 30 years of experience in Family Medicine.
