Dylan Crowell, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician working in primary care with special interests in addiction medicine, pain management, mental health, veteran care, preventive health, and acute care.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Crowell completed his family medicine residency at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.

Dr. Crowell became a physician because from a young age, he witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of limited access to healthcare and the opioid epidemic within his community. His journey into medicine began in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a medic and discovered a passion for aiding those in need. These experiences helped shape Dr. Crowell's mission to become a physician dedicated to healing, service, and driving meaningful changes for underserved populations, especially veterans and families affected by addiction and chronic pain.

In his spare time, Dr. Crowell enjoys staying active through fitness, exploring financial markets, playing guitar, and engaging with creative outlets like comics and gaming. He is originally from Anchorage, Alaska, and is a proud third-generation veteran who values ambition, resilience, integrity, and community service.
