I feel very comfortable with Dr. Byerly.
Felt like she took no more than 5 minutes with me. Never really asked me how my issue made me feel not provided me any empathy for what happened. Felt like ahe already decided what was wrong before she came in to speak with me. Dismissed me when I told her there was a CT scan of the area. Not sure how she missed the scan as it was only done about a week prior. Didn't really feel heard.
She didn't take time to understand and made me very uncomfortable. She didn't seem to have time or care for a new patient.
I love Dr Amy Byerly dearly She is kind, listens to my concerns and answers my questions. Such a pleasant person, has a big smile and we always have a laugh or 2
