Plan and follow through on strategies that maintain, promote, and expand business while fulfilling our mission. Learn skills to be a good steward of resources, increase profitability, spur service line growth, and expand market share for both inpatient and outpatient services. The key to business development is building relationships and collaborating with physicians, presidents, hospital and business administrators, vendors service line leaders, community organizations, and other organizations to support the mission, goals, and objectives of Kettering Health Network.
