Zumba Gold - Centerville
Dance Your Way to Fitness!
Zumba Gold offers all the fun of traditional Zumba but at a lower intensity. With easy-to-follow dance moves set to vibrant music, this class focuses on cardio, coordination, and joy in movement! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and don’t forget your water bottle. Classes are offered at no cost by Retire Med, our local Medicare partner.
