This workshop will take you through an 8-week series, that meets 2 days a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, of gentle movements and stretches to promote body awareness, physical well-being, and mental well-being. The benefits include improving one’s quality of life, decreasing the risk of falls, and relieving pain associated with arthritis; in addition to improving balance, coordination flexibility, and muscular strength.
