February is American Heart Month. During this conversation, you will learn more about the American Heart Association, and key measures for improving and maintaining cardiovascular health. Better cardiovascular health helps lower the risk for heart disease, stroke, and other major health problems. American Heart will be providing free blood pressure cuffs.
