We want to do our best to serve food that is safe and healthy. There are some common myths about food safety that might surprise you. How long is it safe to keep leftovers to avoid becoming ill? Do I need to worry about the different safety dates that appear on food packaging? Should I wash my produce with soap or detergent? How long can I safely keep canned and frozen goods? Join us as we discuss the scientific truth about food selection, preparation and storage so you can enjoy the food you eat and keep yourself healthy.
