HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an effective way to improve heart health in less time than traditional workouts. HIIT can also help boost VO2 max, allowing your heart to pump blood more efficiently – an important benefit as we age.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and modifications will be provided. Please bring weights and bands. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and don’t forget your water bottle. Classes are offered at no cost by Retire Med, our local Medicare partner.
