Line dancing offers several health benefits, both physical and mental and is a fun way to socialize and get fit!

- Strengthens muscles and joints
Learn easy to follow dance routines set to various music. No dance experience needed – just bring your energy and enthusiasm! Wear comfortable clothing, shoes, and bring a water bottle. Classes are brought to you at no cost by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare. Â
Available sessions:Â Reservations are required for each session.
