This session, limited to 13 of participants, will allow for individualized, slow-paced instruction. line dancing is not just about the steps; it offers numerous health benefits. It provides cardiovascular exercise that improves endurance, balance, and coordination. It’s a social activity that provides memory enhancement, social interaction, and stress reduction.
