Zubin Agarwal, MD, MPH, is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist with a special interest in atrial fibrillation, premature ventricular contractions, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Agarwal specializes in treatments for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), and premature ventricular contractions (PVC). Dr. Agarwal has interests in wellness, weight loss, and inherited arrhythmias (Long QT syndrome and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy).
Dr. Agarwal graduated with honors from Stanford University and earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. He then earned his Master of Public Health degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire, with a special focus on patient safety and promoting community health. He then moved to Miami, Florida for a cardiology fellowship at the University of Miami, where he was selected for a highly competitive chief fellowship position. He completed his electrophysiology training at Harvard Medical School/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
In his spare time, Dr. Agarwal enjoys road and mountain biking, watching Bengals football, and traveling. He has served five medical mission trips to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, India, and Malawi. He is passionate about serving the communities in which he lives.
