Rukan Ahmed, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician with additional clinical experience in internal medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment.
Additionally, Dr. Ahmed has special interests in preventative medicine, mental health, adolescent medicine, chronic disease, and comorbidities management.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University.
Dr. Ahmed grew up in Springfield and feels blessed to care for his local city. In addition, he enjoys literature, is an animal lover, and is interested in improv and comedy.
