Rachael Lamb, APRN-CNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in behavioral medicine. Along with behavioral medicine, Rachael also has experience working in trauma. Her areas of expertise integrate cognitive-behavioral and existential therapy techniques along with medication to treat patients with depression, anxiety, and panic disorders.
She earned her Master of Science degree from Wright State University and is an ANCC-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner.
Rachael enjoys reading, spending time in nature, playing with her two dogs, and traveling. She also loves Yellow Stone National Park, it's her favorite spot.
What is a Certified Nurse Practitioner?
A certified nurse practitioner (CNP) is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. They hold a master's or doctoral degree and have advanced clinical training. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat patients. Like physicians, they can make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.

I partner with my clients to determine their goals for treatment and to help them achieve those goals using a trauma-informed care approach.
