About Me
Nicole Wentworth (Umanoff), MD, was born and raised in Long Island, NY, went to Florida State for her undergraduate degree.
Afterwards, she moved back to NY, where and earned a Masters in Human Nutrition at Columbia University and worked as clinical research coordinator for Albert Einstein College of Medicine's dermatology department. That experience allowed her to publish several papers in prominent research journals. Dr. Wentworth attended medical school at Albany Medical College followed by residency in Family Medicine at Ohio State University. She met her fiance during that time and moved to his home town of Beavercreek. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hosting cook outs, and playing with her dogs, Murphy and Mckenna.

As a family physician, I have been trained to provide high quality, evidence based, comprehensive care to every member of your family. This allows me to examine many facets of your health within the context of your family. As time goes on and the world continues to change each day, I will be here, living it with you- sharing your same concerns, adjusting to the many 'new normal' s' that will arise. The scope of my practice will be defined by your needs as they change with these societal shifts. Through it all, I will manage the many resources available to us, enabling you to have access to the most current diagnostic tools, treatment options and the experts in each field. Together, with our toolbox brimming, we will be continuously working on the health of you and your family, through education, prevention, identifying root causes to any problems that may arise, setting goals, and implementing treatment plans. I look forward to living and growing my own family alongside my patients, here in Beavercreek.
