About Me
Natoya Tavernier, APRN-CNP, is a nurse practitioner who works in critical care cardiology and has special interests in continuing education, implementing new treatments, and improving patient outcomes.
Natoya earned her Master of Science in nursing-nurse practitioner from The Ohio State University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Natoya worked for over a decade as a registered nurse in critical care. She specifically focuses on the treatment and management of acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, utilizing advanced therapies.
Striving to provide excellent care to patients and their loved ones was what inspired Natoya to become an advanced practice provider (APP).
Outside of patient care, Natoya enjoys gardening.
This provider specializes in caring for patients during their stay in the hospital, overseeing their treatment and guiding them to recovery. After you’re discharged, you will be seen by your regular specialist or primary care provider.
What is a Certified Nurse Practitioner?
