About Me
Meghan Wilke, PA-C, is a physician assistant working in brain & spine with a specialty in neurosurgery.
She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton. Meghan previously served as a neurosurgery physician assistant in Columbus, Ohio, working with other advanced practice providers, neurosurgeons, and neurosurgical residents.
Meghan became a physician assistant ultimately to help others. The more she learned about the advanced practice provider role, she liked the collaborative aspect of working in a team with a supervising physician. In her spare time, Meghan enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her family, and walking with her dog, Lily.
What is a Certified Physician Assistant?
A physician assistant (PA) is a licensed healthcare provider who holds a master’s or doctoral degree and has advanced clinical training. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat patients. Like physicians, they make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
