Matthew Garrett, MD, specializes in neurosurgery. He performs minimally invasive spine surgery, a unique treatment option that differentiates him from other providers in the region.
Dr. Garrett earned his Doctor of Medicine from Columbia University in New York and completed his undergraduate studies in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry at Yale University. He completed his neurosurgery residency at the UCLA Department of Neurosurgery.
Dr. Garrett enjoys being active in his free time. In high school, he played varsity baseball and tennis. He has completed five marathons and loves to play golf.
