About Me
Mara Bryan, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with special interests in preventive wellness, chronic disease management, underserved and rural communities, and providing longitudinal care for entire families over a lifetime.
Dr. Bryan earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Ross University School of Medicine in Bridgetown, Barbados. She completed her family medicine residency at the Jamestown Family Residency program.
Dr. Bryan became a physician because she wanted and felt called to help individuals and families thrive and strive for their healthiest lives. She has a strong desire to guide and be a source of support during people's most vulnerable moments and to not only advocate for her patients but also guide them as they advocate for themselves. Dr. Bryan is passionate about faith and its role in helping people and communities thrive.
In her spare time, Dr. Bryan enjoys hiking, exploring, volunteering at Type 1 diabetes camp, and volunteering at church. She also loves board games, swimming, baking, and traveling.
