About Me
Jose Torres, DO, FAOCI, is a board-certified internal medicine physician working in the residency program at Kettering Health Dayton.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University in 1998. Dr. Torres had previously completed his internal medicine residency and was chief resident at Kettering Health Dayton. Coming into his role with Kettering Health, Dr. Torres had over 15 years in medical education, helping train medical students, interns, and residents. He has received multiple awards for his commitment to teaching. Prior to his role with Kettering Health, he worked in a university Hospital in West Chester, Ohio.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
