Ehsan Shabbir, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician working in hospital medicine with special interests in acute care and hematological disorders.

Dr. Shabbir earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences Lahore at Rawalpindi Medical University in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. He has experience working in hematology and oncology, internal medicine, and hospital medicine.

Dr. Shabbir chose to become a physician because he has a deep desire to understand the complexities of the human body and the art of patient care. He was drawn to the diagnostic challenges and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients, addressing their comprehensive health needs. Internal medicine allows Dr. Shabbir to blend his passion for science with his commitment to helping others and fostering holistic approaches to health management.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Shabbir enjoys going on road trips to discover new places and experience new cuisines.
