Deanne Jacobs, MD, FACS, is a highly skilled and experienced general surgeon with Kettering Health Medical Group. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), which designates her as a board-certified surgeon who has been recognized as committing herself unequivocally to place the welfare of her patients above any other considerations. Fellows of the American College of Surgeons pass a thorough evaluation of both professional competence and ethical fitness.

Whether serving her country, her community or her patients, Dr. Jacobs approaches all areas of life with focused dedication. She served nine years active duty in the United States Air Force, trained other physicians, and served as the medical director on deployment to Niger. Dr. Jacobs is devoted to providing excellent and compassionate surgical care to the community.

A Cincinnati native, Dr. Jacobs enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. After living in Japan for six years as a child, she developed a strong interest in international travel, both for leisure and for medical mission trips.

Scope of Service

Dr. Jacobs specializes in robotic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, breast surgery, hernia repairs, and gallbladder surgery. She also does advanced surgical care for colon, stomach, appendix, hemorrhoids, skin lesions, and hiatal hernias.
