Ariel Herdeman, PA-C, is a physician assistant working in Brain & Spine with the neurosurgery team. She has a special interest in acute care.

Ariel earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College and her Bachelor of Science in biology from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati. She completed several clinical rotations in Kettering Health facilities, including family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, neonatology, behavioral health, cardiology, gastroenterology, and surgery.

She became a physician assistant because she has always been passionate about medicine, continuing her education, and helping others through her own experiences. Ariel is passionate about giving each patient the best quality of care possible by working collaboratively with the healthcare team, being empathetic to the situation each patient is experiencing, and staying up to date on current medical literature.

Ariel enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, being outdoors, and watching FC Cincinnati soccer.
