Anthony Blanchard, DPM, FACFAS, is a board-certified podiatrist specializing in wound care and limb preservation. He aims to help patients with diabetic wound prevention, vascular health, foot and ankle deformity, and occupational and sports injuries.
He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Blanchard enjoys outdoor activities with his family, such as playing soccer, golfing, biking, and going to his kids' sporting events. Dr. Blanchard and his wife, Laura, were cheerleaders while attending the University of Dayton.

In my career, I've come to understand that living with an injured, at-risk limb threatened with limb loss, can be physically, emotionally, and mentally taxing for patients and loved ones. I strive to help my patients emerge from the most difficult times in their lives and return to their best functionality. My patient-centered approach to wound care and limb preservation not only focuses on excellent short-term healing results but also equally on forward-thinking solutions for limb function and prevention of wounds for the long haul.
