About Me
Annie Sanders, PA-C, is a physician assistant working in cancer care with special interests in patient education, mental health, safe sex practices, and menopause management.
She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College. Prior to her role, Annie spent a couple of years working in general obstetrics and gynecology. In that role, she treated a variety of women and managed them throughout various stages in their lives and pregnancies. Annie is very excited to continue to get to work with women in her role in gynecologic oncology.
Annie originally started her career as a radiology technologist. During her time in that role, she saw so many people who were wounded, injured, sick, etc. and was not able to provide them with much help. While her job as a radiology technologist was very fulfilling, she realized that she wanted to be more involved in patient care than she was, which led her down the path to becoming a physician assistant.
Outside of patient care, Annie enjoys going to the zoo, spending time with her four pets (a dog and three cats), reading, and laying in her hammock.
