About Me
Anna Parizh, DO, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with special interests in routine and high-risk obstetrics, family planning and contraception (Nexplanon or IUD placement, tubal ligations), polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, heavy and irregular vaginal bleeding, and perimenopausal and menopausal disorders.
Dr. Parizh earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and her Master in neuromusculoskeletal sciences from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduating, she went on to complete her obstetrics and gynecology residencies at New York Medical College, serving at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York, and Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York, New York.
She focuses specifically on low-risk and complex obstetric concerns, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, fibroids, cysts, pelvic pain, endometrial ablation, sterilization procedures, and minimally invasive and open hysterectomies.
Outside of work, Dr. Parizh loves spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, and being in nature. Her favorite form of exercise is kickboxing. She is also bilingual in English and Russian.
