Aleisha Willis, APRN-CNP, is a family nurse practitioner with a special interest in geriatric, hospice, and palliative care.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. Aleisha previously worked at Kettering Health Main Campus as a registered nurse for eight years. Aleisha became a nurse practitioner because she has always had a passion to care for others.

Aleisha loves spending her time outdoors on her family farm raising livestock, and gardening.

What is a Certified Nurse Practitioner?

A certified nurse practitioner (CNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse. They hold a master’s or doctoral degree and have advanced clinical training. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat patients. Like physicians, they can make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
