I would like to recognize and send my deep appreciation to Paula Henry. I’m deeply grateful to have her as my health care provider! Whether I am there for my anual exam or for a another medical concern ,she is someone who always Takes The Time(!) to truly listen and hear what I’m saying in order to work together on a plan-- whether that is for optimizing health for present and future at an anual visit, or for resolving a current issue of concern.
She has helped me navigate menapause and insomnia combining up-to-date medical knowledge with practical behavioral approaches and any necessary testing , interventions or therapies. I appreciate that she takes a natualistic wholistic whole body/system approach looking at root causes to restore or maintain health.

I feel this outstanding level of care has made a big difference in my health and my mental well-being, and can say I have never felt this level of care and investment in another provider in all my years.
Her care is consistently thorough, compassionate, and attentive. She provides me with a genuine sense of peace of mind throught the year, knowing she is there when I need her. I deeply appreciate her dedication and the trust she inspires in her patients. First of all, thank you so much for literally saving my life. I came in with a spinal cord injury that could have been the end of my road.
You took my case and you explained everything thing to me in terms that I could understand. And from day one, I could see and hear your passion about what you do as a surgeon.
Your kindness and patience and education about what I was about to endure was above and beyond.
And so the day of surgery has arrived. You made me feel as comfortable as anyone could be considering what was a bout to happen.
You sir, took excellent care of me and after a long surgery, I came out being able to feel my fingers, arms and could move my neck !
