Sometimes specialist can be short and in a rush with you. They also dont always include you in decisions. Dr Arzola is the complete opposite! He always takes as much time as I need. He clearly explains everything and then lets me decide how I want to proceed. He is very personable and professional. I look forward to my visit with him each year.
