I can't thank Dr. Patel enough for being such an awesome doctor. Not only is he top in his specialty, but also a kind, compassionate human who will listen to you and help you understand. God sent us an angel when he brought Dr. Patel into our lives. I was at a point of breakdown trying to get help for my husband and finally Dr. Patel showed up and brought us answers. Thank you again. There is not a great enough word to describe Dr. Patel. I was diagnosed with a non-ruptured brain aneurysm and transported to Kettering Main Campus. Needless to say, I was terrified of what I was about to endure. The four days in the hospital, leading up to my brain surgery, gave me calm and confidence going into the surgery. I thought I would become anxious, but the staff reassured me with their utmost confidence in Dr. Patel.
Once I met and spoke with him, he had the most concern, attention, focus and compassion I so needed. He basically saved my life and I felt he was as thrilled for my outcome as anyone.
I had the opportunity to see him about two months post-surgery. Jokingly, I told him he was a Legend and when I speak his name, Angels sing. He laughed and his obvious humbleness is rare.
I will always hold Dr. Patel in the highest of high regards. He's an amazing neurologist and human being!
