Dr. Nanda became my port in a storm late last May when I was diagnosed with lymphoma. No one wants to have to experience a relationship with an oncologist but as afraid as I was the first time I met her, I walked out of her office calm and ready to fight. She was my rock. When I experienced some painful side effects and landed in the hospital for a few days, I immediately felt so much better when she showed up and I knew my care was back in her hands.
