Last Sunday, October 19, Kettering Health Foundation hosted its annual Circle of Victory Walk to support local cancer patients. All proceeds from the fundraiser go to Kettering Health Foundation’s Circle of Victory Fund, a funding pool specifically for patients with cancer from Greene County to help cover the costs of treatment. This year’s walk saw $23,000 raised.

During the event at Fairborn Community Park, attendees wore the names of loved ones affected by cancer and enjoyed music and raffle prizes. The day’s festivities concluded with a ceremony recognizing those currently living with cancer, remembering those who fought bravely but lost their battle, and celebrating those who have conquered it.
