Financial Resources
We know education is a significant investment. Kettering Health offers multiple financial support programs to help current employees continue their education without the burden of upfront costs.
Our Education Assistance Program provides upfront tuition payments through our partner platform, Edcor, so you do not have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement.
Funding levels:
- Kettering College undergraduate: up to $7,000/year (max $21,000)
- Other undergraduate programs: up to $5,250/year (max $15,750)
- Graduate degrees: up to $7,000/year (max $21,000)
- Kettering College certificates: up to $5,250/year (max $15,750 for up to four certificates)
- Non-Kettering College certificates: up to $5,250/year (max $15,750 for up to two certificates)
Through our partnership with Sinclair Community College, eligible Kettering Health employees can enroll in approved clinical programs at no cost. Between financial aid, grants, scholarships, and Kettering Health Education Assistance, 100% of tuition, textbooks, and fees are covered.

- Patient Care Technician (Nursing Assistant)
- Respiratory Therapy
- Radiologic Technology
- Polysomnography (Sleep Technician)
- Surgical Instrument Technician (Sterile Processing)
- Surgical Technology

Ohio TechCred is a state-funded grant program that can help cover costs for thousands of eligible technology-focused certificate programs of one year or less. Kettering Health applies on your behalf during each application round.
