Congratulation to Tyler McLean, who was named Kettering’s January Employee of the Month. Tyler works at the NeuroRehab & Balance Center.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Tyler was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Tyler is very active with our Parkinson’s patients. He helped NeuroRehab apply for and win a Parkinson Support and Wellness grant to provide us money for needed equipment for our classes. Tyler set up a NeuroRehab page for the Parkison’s Stead Strides 5K race in 2018. His patients and staff love to work with him, as he is always willing to help out.”
