The Kettering Health Stars website is now updated with the return of Shooting Stars and other enhancements to help you submit meaningful messages to your co-workers.
Shooting Stars were established in 2018 to quickly say “thank you” to one another. Over the past couple of years, we’ve learned a lot about how you’re sharing messages of gratitude. We’ve taken what we’ve learned about what makes a message meaningful and added enhancements to help you share quality shout-outs and improve your experience submitting Shooting Stars.
Updates include:
- Dropdown menu to select what you’re recognizing them for in a purposeful, specific way (e.g., demonstrating excellence, being a role model, being a team player, etc.)
- Title field to add a header to your message such as “You Rock!” or “Celebrating you!”
Shooting Stars are sent out each week via email to the recipient and the recipients’ leader. For your first 15 Shooting Stars, you will also accrue rewards points. Ten rewards points are earned for every three Shooting Stars with an annual maximum of 50 points.
Don’t forget that those people who consistently go above and beyond can be nominated for an award like Employee of the Month or Living the Mission on the Kettering Health Stars website.
