Services We Offer

Our rural health clinics offer more than primary care. Along with primary care, our physicians are trained and ready to provide women’s health care and pediatric care.

  • Primary Care

    Primary Care is your first step to investing in your health and wellness. Our primary care providers coordinate your care, catch problems early through routine screenings, and help you avoid illness.

  • Women's Health

    You don’t have to go far to stay on top of regular women’s health screenings. At each location, we offer Pap smears, annual exams, and birth control counseling and management to ensure you have what you need close to home.

  • Pediatrics

    We’re proud to help your family stay healthy and grow. Our family medicine providers treat pediatric patients of all ages and provide services like well baby and well child check-ups, basic hearing and vision tests, sick visits, and more.

Women’s Health in Jamestown

At the Jamestown Health Center, we’re equipped to help you through whatever women’s health challenges you may face. In addition to annual exams, we offer specialized services and care, such as

  • Breast health care
  • Chronic pelvic pain care
  • Endometrial biopsies
  • Full range of contraceptive options
  • Recurrent vaginal infection treatment
  • Urinary incontinence treatment

We also provide obstetric and maternity care in our facility with delivery at Soin Medical Center.

Vaccines for Children

At the Jamestown Health Center and Kettering Health Primary Care in Yellow Springs, we offer pediatric vaccines as part of the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. VFC is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children whose parents or guardians may be unable to pay.

Physicians for Your Future

At the Jamestown Health Center, our rural health leaders have handpicked residents interested in long-term rural healthcare. These residents help keep local healthcare strong and close to home. They also ensure that trained doctors are ready to care for the community as physicians retire.

This program is operated in partnership with the Soin Family Medicine residency program.
