The public is invited to attend an open house at Kettering Health Network’s new $13 million, 24,000-square-foot freestanding Emergency Center in Preble County on Sunday, August 23 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Emergency Center is located next to the Preble County Medical Center, 450 Washington-Jackson Road in Eaton.
In addition to tours, visitors can explore emergency vehicles and enjoy refreshments.
The Emergency Center opens for business on Monday, August 24 at 7:00 a.m.
The is the only facility in Preble County that will provide high-level emergency care 24 hours, seven days a week, including treatment for those suffering from a heart attack, stroke, or needing access to Level III trauma services at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton. The center includes 12 patient care rooms, a new location for pharmacy, imaging and laboratory services, and is staffed with board-certified emergency physicians.
