Kettering Health Network kicked off the construction of a new medical office building with a groundbreaking ceremony today. Hamilton Health Center on Main will be built at 1391 Main Street in Hamilton.
The 16,000 square-foot health center will cost around $6 million. It will offer outpatient services to meet the needs of the community, including imaging and lab services, primary care physicians, and space for additional specialty physicians in the future.
Synergy Building Systems will manage the construction. The facility is being designed by architect Kenneth Seidl. Construction is expected to be completed by spring of 2019.
