Kettering Health Greene Memorial and Kettering Health Troy have each been awarded 5-star ratings from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), highlighting that both facilities are performing well above the national average in categories including patient experience and quality of care. Kettering Health Greene Memorial received a five-star rating in quality, and Kettering Health Troy received five-star ratings in both quality and patient experience.
The CMS Five-Star Quality Rating System is a trusted tool developed by the federal agency to evaluate hospitals based on patient safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes to help patients and their families make informed healthcare choices.

Kettering Health Greene Memorial received a five-star rating in the quality category. The metric is based on rates of adverse care outcomes such as fall rates, pressure injuries, and readmissions.
