At the 2023 Mayor’s Business Breakfast, Kettering Health was recognized with the City of Centerville Large Business of the Year award. George Lewis, president of Kettering Health Medical Group, had the honor to accept the award on the organization’s behalf.

This award acknowledges our system’s commitment to the community, serving more than 12,000 people across all of Kettering Health’s Centerville locations. Centerville Health Center opened in January, allowing additional access to outpatient and primary care services around the city.

Our other existing facilities also contribute to our ability to meet the health needs of those living in Centerville. Kettering Health Years Ahead on Clyo Road provides care focused on the needs of people over the age of 65, while Kettering Health On-Demand Care on East Alex Bell Road, ensures care is easily available for minor illnesses and injuries.

As part of the award, a Red Horse Chestnut, the official tree of Centerville, will be planted at a Kettering Health facility.
