Thank you Dr. Polak for returning to campus to speak to a family member after the patients surgery. You had already came out to the waiting room twice to speak to them and they had left the waiting room. They weren't responding to calls or texts. I appreciate the fact that even though you were in your car already off campus you turned around and came back and was very gracious. This situation has rarely occurred in my 19 years in this waiting room. I am thankful for your compassion and caring. May you be blessed with that all of your career.
