Thank you for making what is often hectic and sometimes a heartbreaking day, bearable. You make that four-letter word "work" not so bad, and sometimes even fun. You make us all feel appreciated and that means more than you could imagine. You need to know on this day to celebrate you and your hard work, we all appreciate you and want to acknowledge you. You are the best.

Dr. Springer does amazing work with the patients he serves as well as with staff of the Kettering Health Police Department. He is an internal source of information on police officer health and wellness and has a passion to serve first responders. Thank you for all you do Doc!

Dear Dr. Sharrett:
As a lifelong resident of eastern Greene County, I want to say thank you. You are appreciated and loved by all your patients and the community. We appreciate your hard work and vision in maintaining health care close to our homes and pray fully that we keep a hospital in eastern Greene County and Xenia. For eastern Greene County residents, it can take up to 45 minutes to get to a full-service hospital now.

God has truly blessed you in your profession, knowledge, insight and compassion to help others. You are amazing...can't imagine how you do all the things you do.
