I would like to thank Dr. Hess for doing excellent surgery on my shoulder. The first surgery was perfect but I fell and reinjuredi it and had to go back in for a second surgery.

It's been almost a year since you performed surgery on my carotid artery. At the time, Kettering was under attack and it was impossible to reach you by phone. I guess we're both pig-headed since we found a way to communicate when the odds were not good. Your work was "seamless" except for my neck, but I knew that before laying down. Everyone I speak to says the same thing..."He's one of the best". I disagree! You are the best, and in today's society, that's nearly impossible to ask for.
