Chong
I recently went into triage for very close contractions on the night before my scheduled induction. I was 37 weeks so it wasnโt expected that Iโd naturally go into labor. This was the 2nd time weโd seen Dr. Chong in triage. On both occasions, weโd gone at the advice of my OB to check on the baby. He was very kind and reassuring during what could be a very scary situation. As it turns out, his instincts on that 2nd visit were crucial. He decided to admit me due to my blood pressure. We started the induction a night earlier than planned. Things escalated, and I ended up having a placental abruption and emergency c-section. I donโt want to think of what could have happened had he merely sent me home that night. Dr. Chong, Iโm so grateful for the care you provided that night. I truly believe youโre a big reason my baby boy is safe & healthy now!

Arzola
Dr Arzola is such a wonderful caring person. My husband and I were so impressed with the level of care I received and continue to receive from him and his team.
The Medtronic device he implanted has given me my freedom back. But the care and concern he demonstrated toward us was unlike anything we have experienced. Thank you for living out your faith in how you serve people.

Dear Katresha (Dr. "K")
On this Doctors Day at Kettering Medical Center, I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the meaningful difference you have made in my life. Your consistent support, careful attention, and genuine compassion have been a source of comfort and strength for me. Because of the trust and the confidence I feel in your care, I have also transferred my 97-year-old motherโs care to you โ a decision that reflects the deep respect I have for your professionalism and dedication.
What stands out most is your commitment to caring for the *whole* person. You honor not only the physical aspects of health, but also the emotional and spiritual dimensions that truly sustain well-being. Your approach reminds me that healing is not just about treatment, but about connection, presence, and dignity.
Thank you for the light you bring to your work and for the difference you make in the lives of those you serve. I hope this note serves as a small reminder of how valued and appreciated you are.
With gratitude and respect,
Brenda L. Alexander

Thakur
I'm writing this for my aunt Marthalla, who resides at the Laurels of West Carrollton in Dayton:
"I am currently 88 years old with congestive heart failure. Dr. Thakur has worked on a constant basis with my nephew in California, who is my POA, and the nursing staff at the Laurels to manage my healthcare. Dr. Thakur treats me with great care as a patient and a friend. My nephew and I often have many questions, and Dr. Thakur always responds in a friendly and patient manner, even on weekends and on days when he is not on duty. Frankly, we don't know what we'd have done without him during those times in 2025 when my condition began to make me very seriously ill. I had to be hospitalized twice; Dr. Thakur never gave up on me, and I and my nephew are thoroughly blessed that I fell into his care. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts, Dr. Thakur. God bless you and your family always.
Mrs. Marthalla Foree"
