Having cancer is terrifying-when you're going through the treatments yes, but you also know you're being treated and checked every few weeks and seeing your doctor. However, for me, it's more terrifying when you are months away and then years away from the treatment. Yes, you're grateful that all seems okay, but you're also terrified that maybe that lump is growing back-after all, you didn't feel it the first time. It's the fact that I know Dr. Nanda is there and I'll be seeing her at some point in the future or that I can pick up the phone and get a question to her that keeps me from letting my nerves get the best of me. She has been the calm in this storm of my life, the one fighting the monster with me and for me. I tell everyone that faith in your doctor is the most important part of any health issue and having faith in your oncologist is absolutely essential. It's gotten me through these last few years with my sanity intact. Thank you, Dr. Nanda, and Happy Doctor's Day!

Dr. Foster - thank you SO much for the care and concern you demonstrated during my bunion surgery process. You were extremely respectful and kept me at ease every step of the way. I’m so thankful that you were available and have been so pleased with how everything went and how the healing has been occurring. Everything you said was spot on - even the post surgery swelling that has occurred on and off which keeps me from panicking because you prepared me for what to expect - I hope I never have to have another bunion surgery but if I do - I’ll be coming directly to you!

Dear Dr. Hedari, Wanted to offer a sincere thank you for your loving care to my mother, Glynn Hickey. The last several months of her life her care was taken over by the facility she was in( Sycamore Glen ). You were always very kind and offered her a smile and a hug during her appointments.
