I would like to thank Dr. Chamberlain for his great care of myself and my family. He has been my physician as well as a mentor for years and I cannot express my gratitude for all he has done for us. He goes above and beyond for his patients and his community because he truly cares about the people he serves. In recent times it seems as if as providers and clinicians we only hear about the things we do that upset people, so I would like to take the time to say thank you and let him know that he is appreciated!

It’s pretty crazy when one gets to know her radiologist, but with the craziness that happened to me after Christmas and before my surgery on January 2024, saw you three times and had three MRI biopsies. You were so kind to me and took the time to answer all my questions. And the procedures were virtually painless!

I did have my ice creams afterwards !!!!

Dear Dr Gearhart:

From your days as a radiologist at MVH over 10 years ago, you were my “radiologist” of choice when I needed a biopsy. Nobody wants biopsies…..but yes I got to know my radiologists. I would always attempt to get on your schedule as you were the best! And now you’re here at KMC. You were the doctor who found my first cancer almost 5 years ago. It had a tiny hidden triple negative surprise inside, which would have been extremely awful and life threatening had you not caught the small DCIS areas you did. This one was removed and cured, but unfortunately this was not to be the end of the story.

And now we met again this past January for another cancer related biopsy. I know I’ve thanked you in person, but I really feel compelled to thank you again for how kind and skilled you are at what you do. You caught the issues early and allowed me to get them treated and continue my life. I never have to worry about pain and bruising a when you perform biopsies. And you always listened to my concerns .

The offenders are now gone and I feel good now eight weeks out! I am getting back to my normal life! I may not be seeing you again, but it has been a blessing to have had you as my doctor. Thank you for your kindness, your eagle eye, and for treating me so well.
