Dr. Polak and team have been with me pre surgery and now post surgery. The PAs and NP have all be involved in this journey. My last visit pre surgery my mom and I went together to ask questions and Dr. Polak answered each so we both understood. The value of calming not only the patient but her parent too is a sign of good character and compassion.

Thank you Dr Patel for taking such good care of me. I appreciate how much time you spend explaining things, going over the MRI, even making videos for me on my phone. You also watched out for me in the hospital when my PTSD was triggered. You truly rise above and beyond. I'm so blessed that I chose you!!
